Products may however, be covered by each manufacturer’s warranty and service. Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties as to merchantability or as to the fitness of the merchandise for any other use other then defined, and under no circumstances shall Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. be liable for economic losses directly or indirectly, or any incidental or consequential damages of any kind suffered by the purchaser in connection with the furnishing, performance or use of the merchandise.
In all circumstances Urban Chef Outfitter’s maximum liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product which gives rise to this claim. Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. shall not be liable for third party claims. Any disputes shall be resolved within Maricopa County and interpreted according to Arizona law. You also agree not to bring any legal actions against Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. that is more then 30 days after the date of delivery.
Severability: If any provision contained in this agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions and portions of this agreement, and the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to have the most similar result that is valid and enforceable under applicable Arizona law.
* Urban Chef Outfitters has no affiliation with any institution, other then as a supplier of uniforms, knives, and accessories.
“ALL SALES ARE FINAL”
* (At our sole Discretion), Exchange on same item only, in original packaging within 5 DAYS of receipt. Items must be in new - unused and unwashed condition. Exchanged items may incur additional shipping costs. NO Exchange on Embroidered, Custom or Special Ordered Items. In case of Shortage or Damage, Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. must be notified within 5 DAYS of receipt.
Pick-up and Delivery: Each customer will be contacted by telephone, e-mail or by a combination of the two, a maximum of three times. Items maybe shipped directly, upon request, for an additional cost (actual shipping costs plus insurance). If we are unable to contact the customer, Item will be stored for 180 days. After 60 days a charge of $19.95 per month will be added to the invoice for storage. Items will not be released until all costs are paid in full.

Warranty Info:
Merchandise under warranty must be accompanied by original sales receipt. The manufacturer not Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. will
be held responsible for defective merchandise. The Customer is required to pay the shipping cost of all returned goods not covered
by the manufacturer.
Uniform/Garment Warranty covers the garment for a period of 30 days from time of delivery, subject to manufacturer inspection. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair for defective goods. Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper washing, improper sizing, damage caused by neglect or misuse, alterations or failure to follow manufacturer’s directions and product care guidelines.
Knife Manufacturer Warranty covers all knives from defects in craftsmanship and materials, subject to manufacture inspection. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair for defective goods. Warranty does not cover normal wear, re-sharpening, damage caused by neglect or misuse, alterations or failure to perform normal maintenance. (The warranty does not cover damage caused by dropping the knife or using the knife to chop bones or other non-food items).

All other items have a 30 to 90-day limited warranty for replacement or repair. (Subject to manufacturer’s review). Warranty does not cover normal wear, improper washing, improper sizing, damage caused by neglect or misuse, alterations or failure to follow manufacturer’s directions and product care guidelines.
Product Care: All garments may shrink when washed.
Uniform Care: Follow washing directions on garment and the guidelines specified below. Urban Chef Outfitters, L.L.C. is not responsible for any damage or discoloration to the garment(s) or embroidery due to improper laundering or cleaning techniques utilized by the customer. (If buttons are removable, remove before laundering or ironing, as these buttons may melt and damage the shirt).
1. Thoroughly rinse the embroidery in cold water until the water runs clear.
2. Pre-treat all stains
3. Machine wash COLD with like colors using a mild laundry detergent.
4. Use NON-CHOLORINE BLEACH, when needed.
5. Tumble dry - low if needed, hang promptly. (DO NOT leave embroidered items lying in a damp pile)
6. Iron on low if needed (do not iron embroidery directly).
7. Dry cleaned items must be dry-cleaned.
Strong chemicals and high heat will damage the garment. They will discolor the embroidery as well as weaken the structure of the fabric and can melt plastic buttons.
Knife Care: Hand Wash, Clean, and Dry after each use. DO NOT place knives in dishwasher or sit in water. DO NOT USE abrasive cleaners or sponges.
Shoe Care: Wash KLOGS and foot bed with mild soapy water - air dry. DO NOT USE bleaches or cleaning solvents. Klogs can be sterilized up to 140 F.
